Earlier this year premises of the above mentioned company were the subject of an Inspection carried out by an Environmental Health Officer, the subsequent report included the following observations !
Areas of MOULD were discovered, Adequate supervision was not available on site, disinfection and cleaning of the process plant had not been undertaken, Food had to be quarantined and disposed of and (BIRD FAECES) were discovered on food packaging
Records had been FALSIFIED does not give any credence to the validity of any other records provided.
Having achieved a Zero Food Rating is said to create a heightened risk of (FOOD POISONING)
