Contacted company (my partners phone ) to help with a wedding for a friend, very rude , unprofessional , don't use, harassment over what's app was only looking for quotes and what they could offer using a different company now who are willing and much more professional and make you feel more welcome

PART 2.... we also ordered a white backdrop curtain,which agreement 18 months prior was for it to be moved downstairs behind top table she changed her mind 5 weeks before our wedding day and said we would have to pay for a second curtain... then I was told I didnt pay a deposit to find out that I actually did pay her 62 deposit at time of booking to say I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED is an understatement,VERY unhanded way to run a business,I will never ever use this company EVER AGAIN....Shelley Fitzgerald

Sharon provided beautiful balloons for my Granddaughter's 2nd birthday. Very helpful at the time of choosing which balloon arrangements/ colours etc. Travelled to the party venue to set up the balloons, too. Excellent service, highly recommend
