Goshen

A warm and friendly welcome from all the staff at Goshen, my first visit with my Shih Tzu, Dougie. Vet really professional and obviously loves his job.

Not happy one bit. Called about getting my cat neutered. This is how the conversation went "hi, just calling to enquire about getting my cat neutered" "yes OK, has he been vaccinated"? "no not yet, he's 6 months now has been fleaded, wormed ect, so was looking to get him nurtured" "oh my gosh your cat hadn't been vaccinated" "no not yet, I'm enquiring about something else at the moment" "your cat isn't vaccinated "!!! "No but will be just enquiring about this a second" Once again "your cat hasnt been vaccinated, oh that's so important" Yes I know I'm aware of that. I have had cats my whole life. I didn't say this and quite frankly just wanted to get off the phone at this point. She repeatee it so much I couldn't get to the actual reason I was calling.

Found all staff members to be very friendly,polite and helpful. Dr Paul is amazing, so friendly and caring with your furry family members.

Vets lovely Staff not so much

Be very wary transferring to thus vets. They do not tell you, bur they wipe you off the registration after 18 months with no communication. My 16 year old dog is unwell and they refused to book me an appointment. This is a big failure in customer service. Paul the vet is lovely but the whole running of the vets falls down in so many places. STAY CLEAR!
