Bought a used MG5 ev from them online px a Nissan leaf, nothing was to much trouble for them, delivery was within 3 days of ordering. Very pleased with the car. This was the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had and would definitely recommend them.

My experience was very much like the rest of the poor reviews, unfortunately unlike other car Companies this one doesn't understand customer service. I bought a 10 year old car. Within 500 miles needed new break pads when it had just been serviced, it was at this point I found the locking wheel nut wasnt provided. Within the first month had an issue, I took it back to the garage, it was fixed after just under 2 weeks. Upon picking up the car I gave Joe the time I would be there and rang 15 minutes before arriving, when getting to the garage it was closed and ended up waiting over an hour for the keys which were with the garage next door. I had a further problem after 2 months and tried contacting the garage after a week I finally got hold of Joe and then was asked to take the car back to the garage because this was their policy. After my last experience and time spent messing around I decided to go to a trusted local garage to get it sorted and returned within a day.

Not prestige at all. Not happy with the service... and nobody is taking responsibility. We came in before Christmas to buy a car and we were ready to purchase it on the day, cash transaction. The registration plate wasn't printed so we had to return a few days after (luckily we live locally!) I had to chase for a copy of the invoice even though we were promised it'll be sent straight away. We bought additional warranty which wasn't activated until about 2 weeks later when I chased. When I complained about it I was told that it was done on purpose so I get longer cover period... No, mister. I get the same cover period, just later. If there was an issue in the first two weeks we wouldn't be covered. There was hardly any fuel in the car, barely got home even though I live locally. Now, end of February and I still didn't receive a logbook and checked on DVLA that details were not changed since we bought it! It takes 2 minutes online to do it... when I queried this I was told the logbook was sent via post in December and they can't control the post, especially due to strikes. They told me to pay for v62 form and do it myself. I find this very inappropriate and I don't believe this was sent to DVLA at all, more likely they've lost paperwork and now blame it on royal mail. They haven't got any confirmation of postage. I asked for them to request a new logbook due to their oversight but they are now ignoring my emails. They failed with every step of the simple process. Not capable of completing straight forward transaction. If you consider purchasing a car from them, I recommend looking somewhere else.
