This place is easy to buy a car from very helpfull owner best I've been too and have helped me out a few times since buying my car this place do go the extra mile for u wish they had a garage to actually do MOTs and fix cars tidy instead of helping out with small things and be able to do it all because that's where I would take my car for everything Thanks guys

Terrible! I bought an Audi A5 2011 from Tim in March, which was described as being a fully serviced, looked after fully working car with heated seats. On the day I collected the vehicle I noticed there was a few bits of wear & tear which wasn't mentioned on the advert & photos that were advertised. In which I didn't mind for a car this age, the next day after fully having the car & reading the owners manual I noticed that the drivers heated seat would not work, Tim agreed to have a look & see if this was an easy fix. I drove 60 miles each way at my own expense for Tim to have a look. & for him to tell me the heated element to the seat was gone, he agreed to compensate for this and keep an open eye for a replacement. He never did. A week later I was having troubles with the car not starting first time & a rattly chain type of noise, I once again drove 60 miles each way for Tim to check over the vehicle on a Friday & for him to check it over the weekend, Monday came & Tim came to tell me it was completely all safe and checked over and he could hear or see no fault. Later that day after I collected the car & drove it home, I was left stranded for 3 hours with my girlfriend & her child. RAC was called out checked the car over, & seen that whole clutch was collapsed completely, the car was towed back to my address and Tim came & collected the car the next day for repairs. I was giving a courtesy car for a few days which was filthy & stunk of cannabis. The car was returned & seemed to drive fine but still would not start first time, but a rattly chain noise still persisted I mentioned this to Tim and he denied my claims that a problem occurred, I had to make a complaint with the finance company to get things moving & for the vehicle to be safe to be driven. A few days later Tim returned & collected the car but this time no courtesy car was giving & I was left with no transport for nearly 3 weeks. He then accused me of having cannabis in the vehicle as to his reason why he could not supply a courtesy car. I was then told by Tim it was the timing chain, turbo needed replacing & intake manifold. I have had the car for only a few weeks by this time & the car then returned after the 3rd time and seemed fine, no more rattly chain noise. Then a few weeks later the car would still Not start first time, I mentioned my issues once again to Tim & he ignored my calls & messages & as of today I have successfully rejected the vehicle GKT CAR SALES tried to con me with, with it independently inspected by an engineer, & now they will be blacklisted by Zuto, good luck in court & good luck with the Audi

What a friendly man Tim is, between me and my partner we have bought a few cars from him over the years, so helpful friendly and hassle free which is what I need something which is straight forward, he's always gone above and beyond to help me being a woman not knowing much about what cars so hes helped me pick the right cars which is best for me and the kids ( growing family ), I will deffo be going back again so I would highly recommend gkt cars Thank you again Tim
