Instead of offering a generic programme, they met with every single one of us individually to discuss our experience, strengths and areas to develop and put together a truly bespoke programme. If this wasnt enough, theyve got a great training platform allowing individuals to learn from one another and keep track of progress.

I have just completed my LEAD module with John and Helen. Helen and John adapted really well to covid restrictions and seminars were really enjoyable over Zoom. I found the content very insightful and now enjoy using it in everyday management. Thank you both!

I am currently on the Lead Management Program. I have found that Palladium have adapted well to the "new normal" delivering an enjoyable and insightful training program via remote methods. John ably assisted by Helen has been providing us with tools and techniques to be more effective and decisive as leaders and managers. I have enjoyed working with my peers and sharing experiences that have made me realize we are all facing similar challenges. I think we have bonded well as a team and I have gained confidence throughout the experience so far. I look forward to each module and particularly favor the half day sessions as we have plenty of time to reflect on what we have learned before moving to the next session. I am going to try to achieve a recognized qualification and hope that this experience will be pivotal in me achieving success in my career.
