Phoned tonight because the taxi was late was told there was a 15 minute delay.. 45 minutes later am still waiting. Was told to stop ringing.

Ive only given one star as I could not write a review without clicking on a star but it should be zero stars. I booked a taxi three weeks in advance with Gwent to pick us up last night. I had a message confirming the booking! I was concerned as the venue was in a field in the country with potentially no phone signal but was assured the taxi would turn up. I tried to phone Friday to confirm due to my concerns but there was no answer! I phoned yesterday morning when the lady said she wasnt in the office but was 99% sure of the booking, I told her I would like it confirmed when she told me shed contact me within a couple of hours but I heard nothing! Luckily I used a friends phone who had a signal at the venue to again confirm the taxi would be picking us up at midnight. The lady on the phone asked if I was a regular which I am not and said they dont take out of town bookings (it was hardly out of town). She said I would have been asked to pay upfront which I wasnt otherwise I would have. She said she would have been the only person to have given me a quote and she hadnt when at the time of booking I was quoted with a price. I was obviously concerned at her questions and asked if I was going to be picked up by a taxi or stranded in the country. I also told her I have an illness and didnt want to be stranded. The very rude lady then said shed have to listen to the call when I told her I dont appreciate being called a liar. She then had the cheek to call me rude and told me to book someone else and hung up on me. I was absolutely fuming and do not advise anyone book a taxi with them. I never write reviews but was disgusted by this. Luckily I was able to get in a friends taxi as I wouldnt have been able to get a different taxi on on a busy bank holiday weekend.

Absolutely appalling service not only do the taxis not turn up on time. My grandma of 93 years of age was hung up on and forced to wait outside without a lift. Due to the incompetence and extremely rude woman on the end of the phone. If you want to get anywhere DO NOT!!!!! Use this company. If I could give zero stars I would.
