If you want a reliable taki based in cwmbran who WILL turn up on time or at most five minutes late, I would highly recommend them. The drivers are all local and know the quickest routes. They don't need Satnav. They are great.

Imagine a taxi driver crashing your car, didnt want to go through insurance he wanted to deal with it privately to now 2 months later message to say go through insurance. What an absolute joke. Oh and to add when he crashed my car his misses walked into my mums house threatening my mother! A lot of whitenesses thank goodness, and all on cctv. Be careful guys, no. Plate attached below. KT15 TCO Also this vehicle hasnt had valid MOT since 31st October 2022. This incident happened on 14th December 2022. So therefore CTT are allowing unsafe vehicles to work and potentially endangering the public.

Very fast and good prices, although it is hard to book a taxi for straight away allways a couple hours wait so I would suggest you book well in advance

I have used Cwmbran travel for months and never had any issues. Today I am absolutely disgusted. I booked a taxi for my 87 year old, registered blind with only a slight bit of sight remaining, frail grandmother with poor mobility from her house to mine, a simple quick journey. The man on the phone today I have spoken to before and he is very friendly, this review relates to the specific driver, not to the phone staff. I had asked on the phone for the driver to go up the drive rather than parking on the opposite side of the road, as obviously my nan cannot safely cross the road with her mobility and sight. The driver, Wayne, parked on the opposite side of the road. My Nan stood outside the house as I had told her the taxi was there, and was beckoning for the driver to come up the drive as asked. Instead, the driver kept beeping his horn at her. She became in such a state that I had her on the phone to me in tears because of how upset this made her. When the driver eventually went up the drive after I contacted the company to complain about what was going on, he refused to let my nan sit in the front of the car. She struggles to get in the back of any car because of her mobility, it is struggle enough for her to get into the passenger seat. The driver at first told her no, to get in the back. He then told her that she should not ask drivers to go up the drive because its too narrow. It is not a narrow drive. She informed me that she was very nervous in the car with him because of his attitude towards her. Again, this is a very elderly, very unwell, disabled lady. We have never experienced this with any other drivers, Cwmbran travel or otherwise. This Wayne should not be allowed to continue to operate, I definitely am considering taking this further, and if this company has any regard for my grandmother or myself who has been a very loyal customer, he will be removed from the business.
