North Celynen Practice

Absolute nightmare getting through. Youre told every 30 seconds on hold the surgery is currently experiencing high call volume. I think we can work that out for ourselves!! Receptionist often rude and obnoxious completely unprovoked and without justification. Incredibly unprofessional. The worst GP Ive ever had the misfortune to meet also works here. Im glad to be selling my house to be honest. Horrible GP surgery.

Each time there is any problem regarding my husband this practice responds quickly and efficiently they are extremely helpful

A really decent GP practice. I've always been seen within a week for any issues I've had. Doctors and Nurses have been excellent. Dr Misra very proactive everytime I've seen him.

Doctors and nurses are great here, listen to you and take pride in their job. Reception and office staff are a complete nightmare! Enough to raise your already high blood pressure and add to your already deteriorating mental health! They have zero empathy or any concerns about patients that need advice or help, they make errors constantly but put the blame back onto yourself. I have been left for days without medication on more than 3 occasions because of their inability to do their jobs correctly. I am already in the process of changing my GP sadly all because of front of house staff. They should be investigated!!!!
