        This sheltered housing complex is always quiet and yet the residents are friendly and always willing to give a helping hand. A short distance to the actual village of Gelligaer; it has a Drs surgery, local chip shop and small but competitive grocers. Very near the old church, and of course the Roman ruins. Two pubs namely The Harp and The Cross Inn, which are both known for their food. Photos will be provided as soon as I have the chance to take a few good snaps! A great place to reside!
