Would give a 0 rating if it was a possibility, this nursery doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. My child attended this nursery for a short period of time, within this short time many miss-haps arises which led to me having to change my child's nursery. After spending a long time visiting multiple nurseries and after hard decision, as a parent having to change my child nursery was all abit overwhelming. A fraction of issues with this nursery : Upon collection of my child on a very sunny day it came to my immediate attention that he had no Suncream on whilst he was out in the garden!! A regular turnover of staff meaning the bond with the children was at a zero. Staff regularly forgetting to fill in any daily diary so I wasn't aware what my child had been doing all day unless I asked. (which upon collection at a busy time, was rather difficult as staff had no time to stand at the door for a chat!) In my childs nursery bag would always be a full packet or Wetwipes and more than enough Nappies, on many occasions no Nappies or Wetwipes would be in my child's nursery bag when collected at the end of the day. My child definitely doesn't go through a full packet of Wetwipes and 8 Nappies a day! I could write an essay on the poor running of this nursery! Don't be fooled by how well they sell it to you or how modern it is. Also all issues were put forward to management at the nursery but nothing changed. Shocking!

My son went to this nursery until recently, he was in the nursery for 5 months and the experience was very poor, before starting we was told our son would have a book to keep us up to date with daily activities and after weeks of asking we recived only one days log writen on a piece of paper. From the start my son would be sent home without his items such as his trainers, nappys, wetwipes and dummy. There has been poor communication throughout and the final straw was when we asked to book him in for the next week we was told they did not know if his space would still be available because there was going to be new starters, we feel like because he only went one day a week they treated him differently. We have recently changed his nursery to another local one and they have been brilliant and we are so happy we have changed.

My son attends this nursery and has a fab time each time he has attended. My son struggles socially and the staff were so understanding and asked lots of questions to help make his time here enjoyable. He comes out telling me all what he has been up to which is lovely to hear !! I am pleased he enjoys being around the fab team, the welsh language they introduce to the children is amazing and the children really seem happy Da iawn guys!!!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for nursery care,wrap around and holiday club.

As you can see my name is k Jayne the review I have just read from my daughter j Jayne which was not from her, name not even spelt right. My grand daughter has attended this nursery for at least a year and half probably longer, in this time we as a family have never had an issue of any sorts, if anything they go above and beyond for all the children that attend, there food is outstanding and they get a varied diet of delicious home made ( on premises) they take health and safety very seriously any issues are noted in every childs diary, and the childs career rang when needed. I have always found all staff very approachable and kind to the children whilst maintaining professionalism. The nursery itself is well stocked and spotlessly clean, I really dont know what else to say except J JANE you havent a clue what you are on about.
