Visited store on Saturday, had wonderful service was very impressed how lovely staff were, kaci, Harry and William nothing was too much trouble, keep up the good work guys.

I usually love a subway, easy, cheap & great lunch. Blackwood subway has turned me right off. I have had multiple orders arrive stone cold when requested toasted and another time the meat in the bread was frozen! Clearly low attention to detail and customer care as cant even contact restaurant for refund!

Ordered vegan roll but real meat turned up. They will not answer the phone or reply to any messages.

Had a delivery, wasn't happy when the driver knocked and left my food on my bins. Not very hygiene. Also food was cold.

Do NOT use this shop after waiting half an hour over max time give, Food was stone cold, & even part's of order missing, no call to let us know was going to be late, DISGUSTING treatment, store should be ashamed of themselves.
