        As Barclays Bank has closed in Cwmbran I tried every bank and building society to exchange 5 for 20 pences. No one would do it unless I banked there! I went to cwmbran town centre post office wouldnt give me even a 1 worth only 10. So I went to the friendliest and most helpful branch which is St Dials. I should have gone there in the first place whether its car tax or stamps always helpful and cheerful. I was a personal banker for thirty years so I have experience of customer service, I wish everyone had the same attitude as the staff in this branch

        What is the point of saying online that this post office is open 7am until 11pm everyday? It definitely isn't! Have had two failed delivery attempts as I took the opening times to be true and now have the complete inconvenience of trying to get re-delivery rectified AGAIN! Go somewhere else everyone!
