I have nothing good to say about this depot, the staff here that cover the local area have been dreadful since the recent change especially! The staff doing the walks are rude, unhelpful and its clear how much they cant be bothered, they will literally complain and have a moan and groan about anything destroying the community spirit which Royal Mail used to be a big part of. Shame it will never go back to those days and Im hoping someone will take over what you do now and provide a better service.

Went here today rather than the post office as I wanted to post a parcel with tracked delivery. Had some queries as Im not used to posting this way and the man who served me was very kind and helpful. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!

Service is good. Any parcels due that we're not home for are usually left in a safe place - if not we can easily pick up at the depot. The only complaint is that the postman leaves our gate unlocked - enabling our dogs to run out. But hopefully that has been resolved now, as it's now been reported.

Only open for 2 hours a day and shut everyday before 10am. Then possibly open for 2 hours in the afternoon on odd days. Yet they won't leave the parcel with a neighbour and take it straight back to the depot if your not in. Some of us work and can't get there at the 2 hour time slot they're open for. Royal mail is becoming a bigger joke than hermes. Nothing royal about the service whatsoever, the Queen should be ashamed to put her title to it.
