Contacted them regarding having my boiler serviced. They said they'd get back to me to confirm availability and schedule in the job. But never bothered. Not very professional. I used another reputable firm instead.

Had a new combi boiler installed to replace an old Baxi back boiler. Stuart was very quick to respond and provide a very reasonable quote for the work required. Tom the engineer who completed the work was punctual and very clean and tidy with the work which was not entirely straightforward. I would recommend this company.
