Had a session here after suffering with back and shoulder pain for a few months. After one session my shoulder pain is completely gone and my back is much better than before. I would recommend and I will go back here if I need further physio sessions.

I am a qualified Sports Masseur and Remedial Therapist who has been unable to rectify my own, two year old shoulder injury. I have visited various colleagues and a Chiropractor for treatments without success over this time period. I have recently received my third treatment with Lisa and am currently 90 percent recovered. Lisa is very knowledgeable, professional and interacts well with people. I would highly recommend her to my friends, colleagues, family members and my clients should the need arise.

I have recently seen Lisa for a painful neck, shoulder and back .After 2 treatments I can honestly say that the neck and shoulder pain has gone. Very professional, very helpful ,very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was suffering with pain in my arm, hand and elbow. On the first visit notes were taken on the problem with my arm and then I was fully explained on the treatment I would be receiving. I then received the first lot of treatment on my arm. The next day I could feel a difference, less painful and better movement in my arm. After the third lot of treatment I was pain free. I can now move my arm and hand a lot better with no pain. I highly recommend Torfaen Osteopathy.
