I gave my repeat prescription in a month ago and even filled in their repeat prescription form again only to be told yesterday that it hadnt been done and the driver hadnt arrived with the scripts. Partner returned before closing time and said they still hadnt received my order and they walked off muttering under their breath. They never answer their phone when I check for my order which defeats the object of filling the aforesaid form in. I will be going to Boots in town from now on

Booked an online diabetic check. Arrived 10mins early as requested on the booking form. Arrange time from work only to be told. "No one on site was trained in diabetic testing" and to try pontnewydd which also refused. 1 star is to much for this review.

1star is too high . Miserable staff, unfriendly and can't be bothered with your query. Never answer the phone .Will stick with Boots!!

Agree with other poor reviews...by far the worst pharmacy in Cwmbran. Have to wait days for prescriptions and you go back and they have not even started on yours!

Very very friendly staff and they gave me cream for my dry skin aswell they are really good I visit every day and staff are amazing love y'all
