The following day I rang the pharmacy to ask if had arrived, they said it would be ready in the afternoon, but I needed it this morning so they said it would be ready after 10:30am. I called in for the prescription at 10:30am and it was ready for me.
I asked the manager how they could lose a prescription? Her reply was very flippant these things happen, youve got it now so there you go
Not very professional, not very caring and quite frankly rude.
When looking after peoples health, they should follow strict guidelines, a duty of care and loosing peoples prescription is not in them.
They need to have a more robust system as the one they have now is failing their clients.

I've been calling 10-20 times a day for more than week to try and get my medication, it's supposed to be delivered to me and they already have the prescription!
I run out of my medication on Sunday night, I'm so tired of fighting to get my medications every month. The pharmacies in this area are really understaffed and it's hurting us all.
