Usually busy but as my doctors are extremely slow sending prescriptions over (diabetes stuff) They sort me out every time, excellent customer service

Messed up my mams prescription by trying to give her someone else's and promised to order the right things in. Then when it came to picking up the right packs for her abscess, they hadn't even ordered it. Also was told by the pharmacist that they couldn't order in saline solution to help clean out where the abscess was, yet when the prescription was given to Mayberry's, they said "fine no worries. We'll get that ordered in for you and it should be here by Tuesday." Honestly wonder how this place is still open as they have one poor lady running the counter on her own, as well as stacking shelves while the rest of the assistants seem to be all gathered at the back of the pharmacy counter laughing and giggling away. Also they seem to choose when to open back up, even if their sign says 1:00pm until 2:00pm. I will not be coming back until this is sorted out as it never used to be this bad.

Seem incapable of handling a monthly repeat prescription, and will not answer their telephone.

Turned up at the store at 9 o'clock to be told the store wasn't open yet as they were waiting for the pharmacist to arrive. How professional! Walked past 25 minutes later and a long queue of people were still waiting outside. By this time I had got what I needed from Lloyds Chemist. I stopped using this store months ago as parcels which I'd ordered were going missing. No explanation given!
