Very friendly and helpful but sometimes there is quite a wait for prescriptions

Won't even give them one star at all absoulty ridiculous that they haven't got hardly any medication and when they do it is out of date 20 minute wait to be told that my 9 year old have got to suffer over night because they haven't got the antibiotics she needs because they are there but they are out of date it is beyond a joke for medication there hardly any at all

everytime I've come here in the morning, without fail, they are always around 15 minutes late to open shop. literally every time. the workers don't even turn up on time. joke of a pharmacy.

Slower than a tortoise with arthritis...would do the tortoise no good going here for anything either as by the time he got served they would be closed for the day

Missing repeat and regular prescription delivery... Excuses - No driver - Prescription still on the shelf - They don't know why! - Deliver day changed. Missing items of repeat prescription Excuses - The Doctor never sent it - They missed the 2nd sheet - A problem with the supplier - They don't know why! My prescription has heavy controlled addictive medication, I don take it for fun. Four hours constantly ringing they do not answer their phone and neither does their HQ. This chemist is a joke, when asked a Jane Gibbs a question her reply was "You can go to another chemist!!!" A total cop out. Already in withdrawal and on the ceiling because prescription not delivered, no driver, addictive meds was not even ordered even thought the prescriptionhas been with them for over 2 weeks...they can not deliver them until the end of the week. I'm absolutely appalled and wonder what happens when one of our old age, a disabled or someone with no family or friends can get help to get their prescription.
