Not good an experience. Never have all meds in stock. Always too busy to produce prescription when handed over the counter.

I share this with the utmost respect to our healthcare workers, especially during such times as these! But with the knowledge that something desperately needs to change! This pharmacy would be a joke, only their treatment is not at all funny! With the exception of just one young sweet, brunette lady, with a genuinely warm and uplifting smile (who has always been so lovely and kind, I apologise I've never been able to catch your name, but I hope you know who you are!), the treatment from the other people here is disgraceful! As people have stated before, they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AT ALL!! For most this will force people to go out when sick, busy and/or vulnerable! I am in the vulnerable section and always getting sick. What's worse, is that due to my illnesses, I've been housebound (apart from medical appointments that were absolutely necessary) for 4 years now! This and my ailing health means going down to even just check in on my prescription is not a possibility for me! I have no friends, practically all my family have passed away or are estranged! I don't drive & I certainly don't have the money to Uber/taxi. Im currently waiting on a prescription that's 2 weeks overdue. I'm already experiencing the side effects of not having my meds! This includes:- severe anxiety, heart palpitations, increased heart rate and seizures (or worsening of seizure activity). All of these things I already experience, day by day and they are only getting worse! I've been calling the pharmacy for a week & a half straight, no answer!! I even tried to talk to my doctors, and they said it wasnt their problem & to take it up with the pharmacy!! On another note. I've been on some apparent waiting list for getting my prescription delivered for 10 years now, but the story with the pharmacy keeps changing! Until a few weeks ago, my stepfather was being kind enough to pick up my prescription for me. He was actually told once, that because of an error on their side (which meant a huge delay in my prescription, again!), I had to choose between having one of my medicines or the other because they weren't going to give me both as they didnt feel both were necessary! He was shocked & desperately wanted to try and change my pharmacy! Unfortunately, he passed away unexpectedly shortly after Honestly, what has happened to the world of medicine that it's now customary to try to hurt your patients rather than provide for them or help them? What happened to do no harm? Covid is no excuse for this behaviour, we've all lost in this battle, but we don't all make others suffer to make ourselves feel better for our losses! Please, I beg of you! If you are in the medical field, be you a pharmacist or a doctor etc, ask yourselves, is this the kind of world you want to raise your children and grandchildren in?

If I can give 0 start I will, the grey hair woman in there just so rude and ridiculous. This is 3rd time, I do trying to understand the stress of how busy you are, but One tell me the medicine is not label yet, comeback tomorrow, then i do, the grey hair saids the medicine have not been order. What i always hear from her is 'you can take it to go somewhere else'. Ridiculous.
