Reading other reviews there is clearly a pattern of poor customer service which doesnt seem to matter to senior management. I made an online prescription order days ago. I have only now had the time to collect thinking it would be waiting for me but oh no. Now I have a 30 minute wait while they put it in a bag and rude isnt the word, very very poor service all round. Avoid this chain of rubbish!!!

Appalling customer service and complete ineptitude. In any other retail sector they would be quickly unemployed. Staff with an inflated sense of ego who believe they are doing customers a favour by do the most basic requirements of their job and even then doing it poorly. They rather be argumentative than helpful. From loosing prescriptions, to prescriptions never being ready on time with the same nonsense of an hour wait to open a few draws and grab a few bits of medication. To a complete unwillingness to help customers or understanding of urgency relating to the customers health matters. Even as far as asking customers if they can do without doctors prescribed medication potentially putting customers health at risk. Terrible stock levels and no attempt to communicate shortages to customers or solutions just a terrible culture of not my job. An embarrassment to their employer.
