Popped in with a prescription after waiting 9 days at my usual pharmacy and it was not done . It was completed within 15mins staff were all friendly , quiet atmosphere much better experience than the manic i usually endure in my usual pharmacy . So much so i actually complimented the staff on their service .

My repeat prescription wasn't available when I went to collect it which wasn't a problem as I had enough to last. My main issue was that on Saturday morning when I returned to the chemist it was closed. If people our working during the week, Saturdays may be the only time they can get to the chemist. There are signs all over the window saying that due to staff shortages you have to wait an hour for a prescription to be filled. This is no excuse for the shop being closed on a Saturday for collection of pre-ordered prescriptions. The local Doctors should stop sending repeat prescriptions to this branch until they can give a service that the public expect and the staff shortages are resolved. As per the response given by the pharmacy to other reviews, I have sent a complaint to Knights Head Office

Unbelievably bad. Should be open at 9am but that's when the staff turn up. Even with 10 days notice they've never had my prescription ready when I go there. Why don't you run your business in a professional manner rather than asking people to send an email for you to ignore? You did it. You asked for the email which shows you don't actually care and are only doing the bare minimum. Shame on you.
