Zero empathy zero respect. Tried to collect a prescription that was ordered thro my Dr's App, was told twice it wasn't thro, only for them to find it (miraculously) to be told they couldn't dispense to me and I should maybe try elsewhere because they didn't recognise the product even though they had ordered it for me the month before. Asked to phone them with the brand name of the medication. I told them I would do it as soon as I got home, there and then. 23 attempts to call and the phone is ringing but not being answered!!!! So I now how to drive back up to the chemist to give them the info Last time I will ever use this pharmacy, 70% if the time there is an issue

Unreliable opening, 3 times in a week I've gone and found it closed. Spoke to someone through the door and asked for my prescription as I'd run out due to them not being open and told to come back later. I've now had to cancel plans just to wait for them to decide to open. Rude and unhelpful. Will not be going back here once I've finally picked up my prescription
