        Not my experience, but 'word of mouth'. My niece started here after working at a small card shop franchise with a minimal wage. Wanting to earn better wages she embarked on Norgine. Employed through an agency she worked there around a year. She wanted to be trained up. Earning great money, working 12 hour shifts and having 4 day hols on and off. Life was looking good. She then noticed that ' nepotism' was rife and newcoming employees were trained up, immediately. She became extremely upset as did we and finished with them to take on an apprenticeship with a major travel agency. This is not professional and every opportunity I get, I will badmouth them. Disgusting behaviour.

        2021- and this outfit stinks of Nepotism.They train up family members, jumping the queue of people who have been waiting diligently to be trained for months ! Illegal actually. Absolutely outrageous- you may be the one who gets chosen to be trained- or then again- you may not.You'll be used as a 'factory hand'.No way for a youngster to be starting out in life. Pathetic.
