Terrible service. Below 1* review could see when my beloved pet was blow dry all was forcefully with no empathy to animal. Also firstly employee asked what are my expectations or any requests. Advised them please do not groom head/ears. And they still did it. Won't be back ever, if you don't like what you do for living, leave! Let people with passion and empathy do this job.

Good groomers reasonably priced + you get a free groom every 5 visits, can't fault them.

I took my puppy today for a bath and brush. I told the girl that I just wanted him trimmed around the eyes. When I went to collect him,she had cut loads of his beautiful hair off including a mop of white hair on the top of his head. Very upset and disappointed. Have used this groomer for years. Now because she made such a mess, I'll never go back.

I will never take my puppy there ever again as they plucked her ears and cut of her whiskers Off her eyelashes so short and shaved her private area that bad she had blood blisters on the outer private area that bad she is bruised inner and outer in her ears also shes been of her food since and is scared she dont like anyone stroking her face and she backs off from everyone scared now where before she would happily like her face stroked and rubbed .when she went to a different groomers they said she was so relax and her temperament was very amazing me and the family are upset as it ended in a vet appointment as she went of her food but wasnt eating anything or drinking anything only out of my hands with alot of encouragement but it was fine before she got groom here And she was fine when she went to the other groomers she come out happy from the other groomers now have loss weight and is very stress as the vet said it must of been very traumatic for her and all inflamed so she had to have a anti inflammatory. Injection and medication to help with the inflamed areas also I said about the half price puppie groom voucher the staff replayed it was a full groom not a puppy groom I said she was only 8 month old and is a puppie and also she does not even look like my puppy she was cut uneven and to short I also went back into the store to ask questions as she was acting like she been muzzled as I was advised by my vet to ask to see the grooming paper work to check to see what they have done and to take it up with customer service explained to them before she doesnt need to be muzzled as her temperament is amazing and not aggressive puppy they said she keep curling into a ball when they was trying to groom her . So that give them the right to scare her NO .. not at all then when I went to pay it was full price 54 all in all why so if you want a High vet bill and then take your puppy and pets here to take your dog is there
