        Arrived at my appointment time with my 3 and a half month old puppy to find the shop in darkness, no message sent to me, nothing, had to contact her, she blamed her staff !! Said she was on holiday and some appointments had been missed (by the staff) for rescheduling. This is the 2nd time it's happened, last time was a couple of years ago with my other dog, I let it go once but not twice. Waste of my time and nothing offered in return except choosing another date !! Mess up like that and at least offer a client something more than an apology. Absolutely abysmal excuse and very unprofessional. Going elsewhere now.
