Within few minutes of me being in the shop this NOT a gentleman was talking to me aggressively and with a raised tone. I felt THREATENED, I had to stand my ground and let him know that he shouldn't be talking to me in that manner !!
His colleague was polite and calm, very professional, thank you for that.
I've been shopping in trespass for years, it is one of my favorite brands and I always have a great experience, unfortunately this time it wasn't.
I still ended up buying few pairs of trousers, despite the rudeness of one employee.
