        I called at around 09.30am on Saturday morning hoping to be fitted in for the same day. I was delighted when the lady said 12.30 as I also had another appointment the same day at 14.20 to make on the other side of the high street. I arrived exactly on time at 12.30 and had to wait until 13.05 to be seated for my luxury pedicure which was over with by 13.25 hours! Rushed experience, not all relaxing and still procedure not completed fully. Not all skin removed as it should have been. I was then quickly rushed in to my seat as another lady waited and waited with her hands dipped to have her previous set removed. This really isnt customer centred at all- practice which just screams of profit! Profit! Profit! I didnt at all enjoy the pedicure. The nicest aspect of it was the man who did it. At least he was friendly and welcoming. Thank you! At 13.35 my manicure still wasnt started. This knowing I had another appointment I had to be at. I left this place at 14.05 so all in all 1 hour and 5 mins later for two procedures and 50 pounds lighter!!! Shocking service and will definitely NOT return Definitely not worth the money at all. Okay place for walk ins and if youre willing to wait. If not go to the other nail bars on Blackwood high street of which there are a few. Services: Foot massages, Pedicure, Manicure
