From our initial phone conversation, I could tell that he knew his stuff and immediately made me feel confident and relaxed about the application process. Michael made the whole process very straightforward, always keeping us updated and explaining everything very clearly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and he was very patient and understanding with any queries I had during the process. Cannot fault the service we have received. Great from start to finish.
