Over the last 6 months Deb has been organising and helping with the completion of buying our first home. Deb is so lovely, professional and very easy to talk to. Deb answers very quickly and anything she can help with she will. She has offered a lot of advice over the last few months and all of my queries were answered promptly. She made me feel at ease throughout the whole process even when it was a case of swapping and buying a new property, she gives her advice honestly and professionally and is a breath of fresh air. She works her hardest to push for the best rates and does everything she can for you. Deb offered the utter most highest level of service and I cannot recommend enough! The best service I have come across and Deb Will now always be our mortgage broker when remortgaging and selling future properties. It was an absolute pleasure to get to know Deb and work with her. Spoke at length on the phone about affordability and arranging a mortgage and they were going to get back to me by the next day. I wrote a long email setting out my position. I didn't hear anything back after that so went elsewhere and got what I needed. It would have been courteous to give me a ring and say you can't find anything for me at the moment.

We went with ABP as my brother had previously also bought a house and recommended - we could not be happier that we chose them to help us through our first time buying! Deb was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, she made us feel completely comfortable and confident as we went through the huge amount of deals and journey - the biggest thing we found was that it was completely stress free, which was the complete opposite to everyone we spoke to who had bought a home! Deb was also super personable, always available and answered every question - offering as much help and support as we needed. We genuinely loved having Deb as our advisor and cannot recommend her and ABP enough.

Deb was extremely knowledgeable and explained the options to me in a clear and logical way, not over complicating it with any financial language. Deb was able to complete a mortgage application promptly and ensured that all of the details were provided in readiness so as not to hold up the process.
