Waited for nearly 2 weeks for them to come and quote me. I called them to confirm the appointment and they said they could no longer do the original date/time. Rescheduled for the following day, hung around all morning, no-one came, no-one called. I had to call them and ultimately just cancelled. Poor customer service and communications that have cost me time and a delay to my project.

I had work done about 9 months ago. The work appeared to be good upon completion, but after needing to replace a waste water plug, the poor workmanship in hard to get areas came to the fore, Bad finishing and the use of silicone sealer to hide flaws was evident. I had intended to use them again for a complete bathroom renovation, but I will now seek quotes elsewhere

This company is ridiculous and I would avoid. They take ages to provide a quote and when you chase them up they are rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help. The lady on the phone told me to cross them off the list as they werent interested.

Work was done to a high level of standard (Alterations to a door and a number of other modifications.) . Will be engaging again

Came way to early than booked appointment, so I hadn't got home from work,then re booked appointment to have a phone call not long before they were due to say they were on another job and could they re book again ,will not use as unreliable
