Nathan was super helpful and fixed my broken screen on iphone with great parts and provided a screen protector there is nowhere better in Pontypool, I know believe me, much better than my previous replacement and a great price.

Brilliant Service and so Helpful. Called in for advice as my android phone was committing suicide. I spoke to a very helpful and obviously knowledgeable young man named Nathan who couldn`t do enough to help. He could have repaired my old phone but instead advised me that a new one was needed. Rather than sell me one, he pointed me towards a nearby supermarket who were offering deals on new android phones. Off I went, bought a Samsung A13 and returned to see Nathan. Within minutes he had transferred everything from my dying phone to my new one. He also fixed a long standing problem with my Wife`s phone while we waited. There are other repair shops near him that are not at all helpful and may have taken advantage of me due to my age and little knowledge of modern technology. I recommend Nathan as a first stop if you have phone problems. Thanks loads from Colin & Ruth.
