Best place to get your wheels refurbished absolutely outstanding customer service, They go above and beyond for you just collected my car back from them for four wheels to be fully refurbished and they are looking their best they have ever been also needed two tyres and they sorted that for me too Im very happy and will definitely use the wheel specialist Cwmbran if I ever need to again thanks for an amazing job couldnt be any happier

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff were really friendly and chatty. Had a full refurbishment done on all four wheels, the work took a full day, morning drop off, evening pick up, all the other places I tried locally wanted to keep the car for two full days. The quality of the work is flawless, the wheels look like they did the day I picked the car up from the dealership, they even went to the trouble of putting the weights on the inside of the rims. These are a proper outfit, not some guy in grubby overalls working out of a lock-up. The boss even phoned me the next day to check I was happy with the work. Wish more businesses ran their operation like these guys.

Bought a new car and new leaking tyre pressure. Went to ATS who showed me where rear wheels had been welded so expected both to need repair work. In the end, TWS only needed to repair a weld and fix a puncture from a screw in the tyre. They could have done the cheap repair on the 2nd wheel but still charge me for a weld ... but they didn't. Excellent service and a very friendly bunch. Definitely go back if I get issues in the future - hoping I don't but with the state of the roads I may be a frequent visitor. Need to find out about loyalty cards :-)
