Very disappointing disabled parking allowance. Trying to not block access for others by waiting in one place for a space. I went around the centre to look for a space so I can use my wheelchair. The disabled spaces around the Caspers side car park were taken by people with no badge on display. (later informed) these cars were being used by delivery drivers for fast food stores.
Cwmbran shopping centre for the most part is thriving and busy, with plenty of choice of stores. Flat paving is helpful.
