Absolutely appalling behaviour from the front of house, was about to order for my fight in December an the woman who answered the phone hung up on my whilst complimenting the business. Just lost a really good customer all from one rude woman. Disgraceful.

Placed an order 10th February by email for a gcse training top for my daughter, they acknowledged and said would process on the 11th. Nothing heard since. Sent a chaser email on the 23rd March and still no response. These were the only supplier for the school and I completed and used their form. Dreadful customer service. Raised it with the school and they don't reply to them either. Best avoided. Edit - they now claim they have tried to contact me but I have no emails, calls(missed or otherwise) or even a letter from them. They then claimed the card details provided were incorrect, I checked the copy of the form I kept... They weren't. So rather than apologise and say they made a mistake they blame the customer. Definitely avoid. Disgraceful.

2 months to deliver order, no communication, poor quality polo shirts, terrible finishing of logo, unhelpful customer services. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

I placed a late end of term order for some hoodies and was really impressed with the prompt responses and brilliant customer service I received. The quality of the product was fantastic considering that the price was very reasonable and a lot cheaper than other quotes I had been given. Despite the last minute order, they arrived in time at no extra charge which was great! Will definitely be using this company again. Thank you!

We ordered 30 hoodies at quite short notice. PSM were great - handled the enquiry and delivered the hoodies in plenty of time! Thanks PSM the children absolutely love them.!
