        Took two brand name watches here and left them with the pleasant girl at the desk. Returned two days later and the batteries weren't replaced as the lady "couldn't get the backs off". Took them to Timpsons and the girl had the backs off both in under 10 seconds. Timpsons were extortionately priced however.
