        Spoke to Steve hoping to get some help with a small purchase of engineering steel for my hobby lathe. He was less than impressed and ended the call whilst I was still talking. I texted him afterwards and he ignored that too. What a shame there is a big market for hobby machinists, but the local suppliers don't want to tap into it.

        Made arrangement to collect something from there at a specific time/day and when I got there, no one could help as the person I spoke to was out. I was in a rush so went to ex stock steel in Newport who were much more professional and priced much lower
