We have had alot of animals and seen alot of different vets, never before have we come across a vet clinic that's excels in ever aspect! Kruger vets it an actual god send. From the warm friendly welcome you recive at reception, (some doctor surgery's need to take a page from kruger vets book) to the compassion and careful consultations and treatment from the vet. Not to mention how clean and beautiful the surgery looks. I cannot fault krugar on any level. They have saved more than just our beloved animals, they have saved our peace of mind! Well done krugar, we will forever be in your debt :) I just wish we could give more than 5 stars!

Started using Kruger a few weeks ago, after some research and a personal recommendation. Absolutely superb. We recently acquired a 21 month old Cockapoo, Bucky, and needed him checked, vaccines updated and neutered. That's now all been done and the level of care and treatment has been the best I've ever experienced in over 40yrs as a pet owner. Paul and his staff really love the animals they work with, it shows. They're so loving and caring. The premises are always immaculately clean and you feel that your pet is in safe hands. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and care too. After leaving you don't feel like you've been "bent over" and had your wallet emptied. Vets have to make money, its an expensive business, but some take the Mick. Bucky had his first of two post op checks today. Catrina, the nurse who checked him over insisted on booking him in for his second on a day when she was working, so she could see him again! I've signed Bucky up to their recommended insurer in case of future needs. Overall, I can't recommend Kruger enough. The best for miles around.

I called as a referral from my own vets for my bird, from the moment the phone was answered to the minute I left in tears, everyone from reception, nurse, and vet were the most professional yet compassionate group of people... Unfortunately my Sunshine (cockatiel) had tumours and was so poorly he needed to sleep... I was there for a few hours and at no point did I feel in the way, I was able to be with Sunshine and say goodbye privately in a side room.. Everyone actually cared and you can tell they are so committed to their work... Whilst it was a horrible time for me they made it as easy as they could and I would not hesitate to recommend Kruger vets to anyone... To top their compassion and professionalism a few days later I received a lovely hand written note from them.. perfect..

We transferred from another local vet as the surgery recently opened within 2 minutes walking distance. We had been a customer of another local vet for many years. 5 minutes with Paul and he gave us more beneficial advise than we have had in the last 10 years, especially regarding the diet. The staff are warm and friendly, take time to chat. Very much appreciated.. The worst thing you want is a clinical approach where it is one in and one out, hand over the payment with not even a smile. (We have experienced that elsewhere). There is also a dog receptionist called Teddy who is so friendly and welcoming. Paul was very good with Charlie (our dog) and the spacious room for the consultation was highly valued as the dog wasn't so nervous. Paul had to look in our dog's ears which were sore. Although Charlie warned him that he wasn't happy, Paul was excellent and took time to get down to the dog's level and fuss him afterwards. Elsewhere a muzzle would have been instantly applied and we were asked to hold the dog. This made the dog more fearful of a vet. Paul, by contrast, knew when the dog wanted a break and didn't keep him on the examination table for longer than necessary. We are so pleased that Paul and his team are on our doorstep.
