Clark Avenue Surgery

I have recently moved to the area and have been at Clark Avenue surgery for a couple months. Within those couple months, I have experienced amazing service from a few of the doctors (Dr Jones, Dr Whyte, and a couple others) and nurses (Laura and Steph) who have really helped with my chronic eczema. In the short time Ive been at the surgery, Ive been referred to dermatology, and received better guidance from this surgery than my previous one in Newport . I would like to thank everyone at the surgery for the helpful and uplifting service I have received here.

Called at 8am which is stated on their website as their opening time. Straight into a 46 which took 2 Hours to get to position 8 and then got cut off. Rang back and had to wait a further 2 hours to be told there's no more appointments. It shouldn't take this long to get an appointment.

We have been with this surgery for nearly 50 years, including children and grandchildren. The doctors and other staff have changed, but the level of care we have been given has always been fantastic. It has never been a problem to get an appointment and I find the telephone appointments are really good. Sometimes you don't need to be examined, and it's much better not to have to sit in the waiting room with people coughing and sneezing and not wearing masks. From what I hear about other surgeries,this has to be the best one in the area.

Friendly staff, short wait before being seen by Doctor. Always find the people there helpful and informative. Wish the seats were more comfortable in the waiting room though.
