David replied to my call promptly, came to my home to assess the problem the following day (New Years Eve) promptly at the arranged time and fixed the problem in a few minutes. My computer had previously been with another company who failed to diagnose the problem even though they had it at their own site for 10 days in total over 3 weeks.
