Time keeping not great

This place was recommended to me for a reversing camera for my Ford Transit Custom campervan. Therefore I figured it was worth travelling the 150 miles to get it fitted. It worked for about 3 days, maybe a week. The owner/boss was difficult to get hold of and communicate with. I'd spent a fortune and was given no alternative but to go back again spending best part of 150 to go back. Too much trouble for their mobile technician I guess. When I did go back the boss was nowhere to be seen, didn't make any gesture at all, at the very least could of paid for my breakfast whilst I waited. They don't seem to have any idea of customer service. Still no follow up now to see if things are okay. There were other issues but I won't bore you with the details. I always try to support small businesses as they usually give good service and do good work. I regret visiting this place as I'm hugely out of pocket for some average kit.

Had issue with a mirror sat nav, was posted to a third party but couldn't access the links. Got in touch with Les and team and they've been nothing but professional. What an absolute excellent customer service they provide. Always there to help. Cheers Les. Steve
