        Dreadful engaged line all the time, over 100 times to get through to speak to someone and then get told there are no appointments and ring back again tomorrow. Service needs to be better.

        Funny how they never seem to be on the phone when Im in the surgery however whenever I try to give them a call the phone line is engaged?

        After spending months trying to get past the engaged phone line, sorting out an appointment in the gwent for myself, I do not blame the kind, caring doctors or staff. I ask myself would I work there now. No way. Patient's all but shouting and demanding appointments that they can't give then Blame the n.h.s. funding. And give them a break

        Booking system isn't working I'm afraid haven't needed a GP for years can't get one now apparently. Very disappointed and receptionists aren't sorry at all just doing a job!!!
