        Used TSL for a boiler service and other bits last year and overall satisfied with the work they had done previously. Last week the wireless receiver on our heating broke and required replacing, so my first thought was to get in touch with TSL again as they did a great job previously. Engineer came out and diagnosed the wireless RF receiver was faulty. He advised that it can be replaced at 100 for the new part, after a quick Google of the part number I could see that these can be purchased for 45......how can you justify a mark up of more than 100%? Additionally, the engineer kept my old wireless thermostat, which was still working and could be sold on to someone else if they wanted to make a bit of extra money. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience, and I felt a bit ripped off by TSL, so will be looking for alternative heating companies for any future work.
