        Waited in since 08:30 to speak to a doctor because a planned telephone consultation that happens every 14days never happened leaving me without pain meds that I need, rang 4-5 times asking when I would get call as I've been with meds for over 12 hours, its now 6pm and still nothing, do they understand how serious withdrawal from strong pain killers can be, if I don't get anything today I may end up in the RGH tonight..

        Never known it to be so difficult to book in for a smear on TWO separate occasions. The receptionist was rude and not helpful. No wonder women dont attend their smears. Absolutely useless surgery and disgusting service.
