TUI Holiday Store

Went into the shop to ask for help about a flight delay claim about a holiday I had booked online. I was greeted at the door by the manager (Jess) who was very kind and polite. I was surprised at how busy and ambient the shop was at 9.30 am. Even though the place was bustling with customers the staff helped me for over an hour to the best of their ability to rectify the problem I was having. I will certainly be using this TUI branch from now on rather than booking online. I rate it as excellent!
