I filled in form online and they waned to make appointment. I then received email asking do I still need appointment. I replied no a stated in the email the sizes and photos of the door required never heard anything back until tonight. Spoke to a salesperson who didnt like anything I said that I dont need anybody to come out and I sent you my requirements. He tried talking over me saying that we dont operate like that and are you qualified to measure and assess the job. People who buy from these so called national companies should buy local. Safe style is a pressure sales environment.

Quoted me 9.5k (14k by the time I would have paid it back on finance) for five windows. When I said that i would wait for a second quote I was met with pressure tactics. The salesman called his boss and said that he could offer me 6.5k but only if I signed the contract there and then. When I had a quote from a local salesman he quoted 3.5k and he was able to offer lots of extras. Only use safestyle if you want to be 1. Ripped off and 2. Want to have the most scummy sales tactics used to extort you.

Absolute joke of a company! Im not sure where to even begin but will try from the start. Safestyle * July 22- Initial surveying and ordering was very smooth. The salesman was very friendly and gave us a great discount to ensure our custom. * July 22- Installation of new front door and fan light. The fitters were also very friendly and kept the area clean and tidy. That is now the end of the positives. * Following installation we noticed that the door appeared to drop and wouldnt close properly and was letting in a draught. The number in the fan light was also much smaller than we thought we were getting. * August 22- After calling Safestyle they sent a fitter out a couple of weeks later to rectify and assured us the door wouldnt need replacing. Therefore we finished tiling the porch up to the new door frame (cost approx 600). * August 22- Again the fitter was very friendly and professional but pointed out to us that the door was actually the wrong size and the surveyor had cocked up. The new frame had actually been cut and notched to suit the incorrect door rather than them pointing out to us that it was the wrong size. The fitter advised us that someone from Safestyle would contact us to arrange replacement. The newly installed tiles would likely now be damaged. * 11 September 22- Following no contact from Safestyle I reached out to query when the door and fan light were being replaced. They had no record of our issue or discussion with the fitter. They then advised that everything would be replaced on the 25th of October. * 24 October 22- No further contact from Safestyle so I contacted to confirm the time for the following day. I was then told that our appointment had been cancelled because it was a two man job and they had only booked one. This was the first theyd told us of this. When I asked why nobody had bothered to call us they couldnt answer. Another visit was then booked for early December. Was advised that someone would call closer to the date to confirm. * 2 December 22- Phonecall received from Safestyle this morning to confirm that our appointment on the 5th of December has been cancelled because the required part is not in stock. When I pointed out the entire door and fan light were being replaced so what part were they waiting for? He admitted it was actually the entire door again someone will be in touch to arrange a new date. Put simply this is probably the worst most amateurish service weve ever received and I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. We are now heading into winter with a constant draught blowing through the front door and paying hand over fist in energy bills. Absolutely appalling service and feel like weve been completely disregarded after installation. Safestyle were extremely keen to advertise their brand in the area and have their vans on display for everyone. But weve actually told everyone to stay well clear and would give anything to go back and use Everest. Finally, this was purchased on a buy now pay 12 months later deal. WE WILL NOT BE PAYING UNTIL 12 MONTHS AFTER EVERYTHING IS REPLACED AND WE ARE FULLY SATISFIED. ABYSMAL

Amazingly quick to come out, and a lovely lady but quoted 12k just for windows only( 3 bed but some large windows ) but 10k if I booked there and then. I wouldn't book. Had 2 other quotes from local companies with good reviews , both for just under 6.5k, upgraded to flush windows, also added new front porch door, and x2 large side windows on the porch, and all for 9k locally. Please get quotes from more than one company.

Cheap windows nothing like the sample they bring around. The guy's had no PPE, they left pvc cleaner open in my son's bedroom along with a silicone wrapper stuck to his cabinet. Cills and trims crack and twisted and out of level. Door mechanical failure along with chipped and out of level frames. Distorted glass and the list goes on. I would not recommend to anyone. Mr mills
