The printers are key to their business, and being able to assist in keeping them up and running is my goal, being greeted in a friendly and welcoming way makes the initial meeting easy and palatable.
I have been able to get their HP R2000 Latex printer up and running after quite a catastrophic failure, they are now back in full production on this printer, and the impact of this has now been negated allowing them to get their customers work out.
The staff here are under constant pressure, which they meet in a very professional way.
