Worthy of a 5 star review because of the refreshingly positive experience I had when buying a property through Roberts compared to previous experiences. - Above all, fantastic service from a professional and friendly team at the Roberts Newport branch throughout the purchase. - I was impressed by the slick automated viewing confirmation email that arrived in my inbox moments after I booked it, with helpful address, directions, link to the property and contact details of who I would be meeting; - No hard negotiation tactics, just honest feedback on my initial offer from courteous staff; - The specialised sales progression team was a huge plus and resulted in the swift completion I needed. It was refreshing to have one point of contact (Jane!) assigned to the progress my purchase and I was given a direct email and phone number for her. Jane proactively chased both sides' solicitors when required, avoiding the painful delays so often caused by questions remaining unanswered by solicitors. I would recommend using Roberts to buy or to sell a property, without a doubt.
