Eve's Pole dance and Yoga

Can't recommend EpYc enough. I started with the beginners pole course. I felt comfortable from the get go. Very friendly and welcoming environment. I have recently been pairing pole with yoga which work beautifully together. Classes progress at a good steady pace. I'm learning so much but not overwhelmed. Great excersise whilst having fun, perfect.

This is a really enjoyable workout, you develop upper body strength and use muscles you forget you have. The trainers are brilliant and everyone who goes here are friendly and supportive. This is the only exercise I love

I absolutely love this studio it has literally changed my life. The Yoga classes have helped me (and continue to do so) find my old balanced self. The pole fitness classes have reminded me how much I need to enjoy and embrace who I am. I'd say I'm plus size but this hasn't stopped me, i am full on loving being part of this awesome strong confident group of human beings who have made me feel so welcome and encouraged me all the way. I can't thank Eve and everyone enough. Its hard making that 1st step but do it.. book that class and breeze on in xx
